      Pond plant flowers

      Some of the plants in the pond are flowering (sedges and rushes) and have amazing flowers. Photos below are the flowering spikes of 'water ribbons' Triglochin procera R. Br. from the Juncaginacaeae family:

      Thanks for the comment. We get 40C+ days here in summer so the cool climate plants might be quite challenged too.
