I still haven't seen a tadpole in the dam. There are these strange hole structures built in the slime in the shallow parts of the dam - any ideas?
also ladybeetles nearly everywhere you look, but curiously no snails. The snails must have come in to the pond with the plants.
There are also some signs that we have a mouse family around - this is the remains of a ryegrass spike
