September 27, 2008. A second batch of eggs in the pond. The pond frogs have followed the same pattern as the dam frogs - second batch a couple of weeks after the first.
Exciting! Fresh eggs in pond Sep 7 08 Pond eggs in context
September 7, 2008. Great excitement! The frogs have laid the first batch of eggs in the pond. Not sure what the mozzie (slightly right of centre) was doing there - stuck or sucking? The location of the eggs in the pond - slightly left and above the centre of the photo, about 1m from the edge.

September 7, 2008. Egg masses in the dam - difficult to spot without looking closely. There are two egg masses in this photo. August 14, 2008. Spotted Marsh Frog egg mass (we assume, because of the number of frogs heard!) nestled snugly amongst ryegrass and old prickles in the dam.
